Overall the service was outstanding. Our room was lovely looking and good-sized and had a clean bathroom. The staff were highly courteous, knowledgeable.

The airport was 16 miles away from here, marvellous and absolutely perfect location.

As for me, the area was very busy.

According to one review, the staff is friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the front lobby area is kept clean, adding to the overall positive experience.

There were issues with the breakfast service. According to one guest, it took over an hour to receive breakfast, and there was a lack of organization and efficiency in the process.

Great place to stay for a trip to Savannah. The hotel is peaceful and nestled in a nice building. Efficient and knowledgeable staff and MAGNIFICENT location close enough to Savannah, Georgia. For shots visit Applebee's, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property. Good food selection. Excellent service provided. Nice pool.

It was fairly clean and the staff were efficient and knowledgeable, beds were exceptionally comfortable. It had recently refurbished rooms and unbeatable and convenient location.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received during our stay at Holiday Inn. Aaron Duncan, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. He was efficient and served us with a smile, making us feel well taken care of. Even though he wasn't the owner, he certainly acted like it. Thank you, Aaron, for your excellence in customer service. Despite some minor inconveniences, we would recommend this hotel.

The location couldn't be better, as it was just a short walk to all the attractions. The check-in process was quick and easy and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a spa tub.
